Breakfast is probably my best way of keeping healthy, I always feel better when I have had a healthy breakfast to start the day off! Recently I have been loving yogurt with any fruit I can find in the fridge, and eventually I have picked up chia seeds, if you aren’t familiar with Chia seeds they are full of protein and goodness, they help to fill you up by expanding when in the stomach (crazy huh?) so then you don’t get hungry so much. This is great for those of you who love eating non stop (I’m one of them!) and want to change that so you don’t snack as much!
I do normally have a lot more fruit than this but when I decided to do this post I didn’t have any fruit, but I tend to put a photo of my breakfast on Instagram @glittermelody if you would like to have a sneaky look at my daily intake.
I’m hoping now the summer is here I’m going to start doing the posts based on fitness and staying healthy so keep your eyes peeled for that!
